Security - functionality tradeoff (2)

Well – so much for perfect service. I send an e-mail yesterday, I had an MSN session with my provider less than an hour ago, and everything is running smoothly again. No more functionality-security clashes.What is a bit upsetting though is the reason for these security updates: apparently 9 out of 10 hosting providers operate their customer web sites on servers where everyone has access to everything. Mine fixed it, how about yours?
